It means that if you have a problem with your bike that you cannot fix yourself, you call us and we will come out and help you. And of course, it costs nothing! This service is valid during our opening hours and over all of Gotland except Fårö (the Fårö people are quite friendly though so it usually works out) Remember to ask for extra hose and tools if you are cycling to Fårö or far outside Visby for example. We go out as fast as we can, but sometimes the shop in Visby is busy and it can take a while.
If you have rented a bicycle for a longer period of time and are going to cycle around the island, we will send you a repair kit containing: A Repair kit, wrench, multi-tool, pump and usually an extra hose. With these tools, you can fix most minor errors that can occur on your own. Changing a hose, for example, is quite easy and usually goes quite quickly. Sometimes, however, things break that you can’t fix on your own – then you simply call us and we’ll come out and help you! During our opening hours of course. Also, please watch our short instructional videos “Junior fixes”, where you will learn how to fix some of the simple errors that can occur on a bike.
We have a couple of simple bike racks that can take 2 bikes (not electric bikes) We don’t charge extra for that. Email us if you want to add one to your order.
Yes, in some cases. However, there is a small delivery charge. Email us a request for your order and you will receive a price estimate for the delivery cost.
Under the description of each bike, we have also written “recommended length”.
